Refund & Returns Policy

Effective Date: 01 April 2026

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to admissions, registrations, course fees, study materials, and franchise-related payments made to UCMAS Uttarakhand.

By enrolling in our programs or making any payment, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Registration Charges

The one-time registration fee includes:

UCMAS Bag
UCMAS T-Shirt
UCMAS Abacus Tool
Course Books

Registration charges are non-refundable once the kit and study materials are issued.

2. Monthly Course Fees

Monthly fees paid for the ongoing month are non-refundable.
Fees once paid cannot be adjusted against future months if the student discontinues in the middle of the month.
In case of genuine medical reasons, fee adjustment may be considered at the sole discretion of the center management with valid proof.

3. Study Materials & Kits

All study materials, books, and kits provided to students are non-returnable and non-refundable once issued.

4. Missed Classes

No refund or fee deduction is provided for missed classes.
The center may provide backup classes at its convenience, but it is not guaranteed.

5. Franchise / Business Payments

For franchise inquiries or business-related payments:

Any advance, booking, or processing fee is non-refundable.
Refunds, if any, are subject to written agreement terms only.

6. Event, Competition & Activity Fees

Fees paid for competitions, events, workshops, or special activities are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in rare and exceptional cases, strictly at the discretion of UCMAS Uttarakhand management.

8. Policy Acceptance

By enrolling your child or making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Returns Policy.
